1. Agreement

By accessing or using GradeMySite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use GradeMySite to analyze websites, subject to the following:

• You may only submit URLs for websites you own, operate, or have explicit permission to audit.
• You may not use the service to audit websites for malicious purposes, competitive intelligence gathering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the free audit tool, or use automated scripts to submit large volumes of requests.
• You may not submit URLs that resolve to internal or private network addresses (such attempts will be blocked).
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

The free mini-audit does not require an account. Paid reports may be associated with an account if you choose to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Paid reports are charged as a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Because reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If your report could not be generated due to a technical failure on our end, contact us at support@grademysite.co and we will make it right.

5. Nature of the Service — Informational Only

GradeMySite provides automated analysis of publicly accessible website content. Reports are generated using a combination of automated checks and AI-assisted interpretation.

• Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, technical, business, SEO, or otherwise).
• Findings reflect conditions at the time the site was fetched and may not capture all issues.
• Results may be incomplete or inaccurate for websites that block automated requests, load content via JavaScript, or require authentication.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the contents of a report.

6. Intellectual Property

The GradeMySite service, including its software, design, and generated report format, is owned by GradeMySite. You retain any rights to the website content that is fetched for analysis purposes. Reports generated for your website are yours to use, share, and provide to your developer or team.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GradeMySite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular finding is accurate or complete.

To the extent allowed by law, GradeMySite and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the amount you paid us during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using GradeMySite at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk for us or others.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GradeMySite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
